On the second Saturday of December we went to the tree farm to see Santa.
Here's one of his reindeer. Brother figured the rest were all flying around still.
The kids enjoyed talking to Santa, but tradition held firm for having a toddler who refuses to go up to him without me. Why will he go up to strangers in restaurants and stores, but not to Santa?
Then, later that week, the Fire Truck Santa came by. The kids were pulled out of bed (actually, Sister heard the music and sirens and got everyone else moving) to go see him.
The Grinch came by again as well. Baby Bear was not sure of the Grinch, but he really did like this Santa. It probably helps that he was on a fire truck. Baby Bear is all about emergency vehicles and declares "police car" every time we pass anything with lights on top.
We had a great time with Santa!!!
